After founding Mark III in 1976 as an electrical contracting firm, principals Mark and Tim O’Brien quickly saw the construction industry’s costly inefficiencies. Traditionally, commercial and industrial projects require several outside firms and a subcontractor for almost every trade. Mark III employs full-time professionals, trade specialists, construction managers and crews, and administrative support to serve clients’ needs in site acquisition, design and engineering, construction, and ongoing service and maintenance. Clients can begin working with Mark III at any stage prior to the start of construction, taking advantage of some or all of Mark III’s services.
